All orders shipped from Pennsylvania.

A minimum order of $9.95 is required to place an order. This is your product total, and does not include tax or shipping. If a coupon takes your order below the $9.95 minimum you will be unable to checkout. 

 

Fast Turnaround

It is my pleasure to ship your order as fast as possible. Most orders ship in 1 to 2 business days (this does not include time in transit - this is the time for me to pack and ship). (Exceptions include Holidays or inclement weather.) I reserve the right to delay shipping during peak order times - especially Black Friday week!

EverythingSmells ships to all 50 United States, Canada, and most international countries. USPS is my current shipping provider of choice. The shipping charges will be calculated for you at the bottom of your shopping cart by simply entering your country, state and zip code. I do not charge a handling fee. All shipping includes tracking.

FREE U.S. Shipping!

Spend a minimum of $75 on products and I'll pay your shipping! Valid in the U.S. only for ground rates. $75 is your product subtotal before tax and after any discounts.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return all UNOPENED, unused, resellable merchandise within 30 days of purchase that does not meet your satisfaction. I am unable to accept returns for products that have been opened and used. Product must be returned for a refund. Customer pays return shipping. All Holiday and Christmas items are not returnable (including holiday-related scents). By placing an order you agree to the terms and policies of EverythingSmells, LLC.

If you wish to return an unopened, unused, resellable item simply contact me via e-mail by replying to your order confirmation and let me know the problem you have with the merchandise. Please return unwanted merchandise in its original packaging if possible, ensuring that product is protected from breakage. IMPORTANT: Make sure the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Items must be received in resalable condition for a refund.

Your original payment method will be credited upon return of the goods. Please allow 3 to 5 days for processing from the date that I receive the return. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. If you make a return and your original order total drops below the $75 minimum required for free shipping, the shipping I paid will be deducted from your refund.

Please be aware that some products come packaged in a way that makes it hard to smell their true aroma until they are completely unwrapped or in use. Unfortunately, used and opened products cannot be returned. Please do not make a quick judgment of scents based on smelling them through their packaging, as it is not a true critique of the product. If products are stored in cold or extreme heat they may lose their fragrance quickly.

International Orders
You can view the current list of countries I ship to in the shopping cart. If yours is not listed, email me and let me know you want to place an order and I'll add it if I can. I ship USPS First Class International which is the cheapest method available at this time. Orders will arrive to the destination usually within 2 to 4 weeks, but orders can take up to 12 weeks or more to arrive. Orders delayed in transit/customs are out of my control. You are responsible for customs/brokerage fees that you may incur beyond your original shipping charge. Customs fees are charged by the country you shipped to and not by me. Placing an order with EverythingSmells means you have read these policies and agree to pay for your shipment in full, and wait for it to arrive.

Lost or Stolen Packages

EverythingSmells is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I will work with the shipping carrier in the event that a package does not arrive to the proper destination. This can take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks, sometimes longer. I am unable to offer replacements/refunds for lost or stolen packages. If the package is returned to me I will refund you for the products or reship for an additional shipping charge. If the order was shipped with priority mail I can file a claim for the missing package. Should USPS pay the claim, I will then refund your order or reship (your choice). Please do not create a chargeback for orders that were lost in transit or stolen. I am a one-woman business and am not to be held responsible for shipping carrier mistakes or stolen packages in your neighborhood. By placing an order on my website you agree to these terms.

EverythingSmells is not responsible for International orders that get lost in transit or held up in customs. If your order is returned by USPS I will refund you for the products returned. I have no way of tracking the package once it leaves the U.S.

IMPORTANT: If you have your order shipped to a 3rd party shipping company that then forwards your order on to you in your country, please be aware that EverythingSmells will not replace nor refund your order if it does not arrive, or arrives with items missing. You must file a claim with your 3rd party shipper and not me. EverythingSmells is not responsible for theft or mishandling of your order by your third party shipper.

Damaged Product

If a product arrives damaged, please notify me within 48 hours of receiving your order so that the proper claims can be taken with the shipping carrier. Email me by replying to your order confirmation receipt and let me know which product was damaged and explain the damage in detail. I will then notify USPS. USPS may want to collect the damaged product so please do not throw it away. Keep the damaged product inside the original box with packing material for 5 business days. If it can be proven that the damage occurred during shipping, I will either issue you a refund for the product or send out a replacement product.

Closed for Business

Due to the fact that I use USPS for most shipments, I will be taking orders, but not shipping them, on the dates stated below, as USPS is closed on most of these days as well.
