Happy Booky Box Subscription FAQs
Q: Can I join the club AND purchase other products at the same time?
A: Yes! You can add the Happy Booky Box Club Membership to your cart along with other products you wish to purchase. Your products will ship within 1-2 business days, and your Book Club Box will mail out around the 20th of the month, every month, unless you skip, pause, or cancel your membership. Please note products cannot be added to future club shipments.
Q: Is the price for an entire year, or just one month?
A: The price is for one month of membership. Membership includes an unused, paperback book in brand new condition, a candle, a bookish sticker, and a bonus bookish surprise!
Q: Can I join the Club if I live outside the U.S.?
A: At this time the Club is only available to U.S. shipping addresses.
Q. What if I receive a book I have already read?
A: I am unable to send out replacement books or swap out books. Please give the book to a friend, or donate to your local library. Refunds will not be given.
Q: When will I receive my book box?
A: Oh the anticipation of getting a Happy Booky box is almost as much fun as receiving it! Subscription boxes mail out around the 20th of each month. You can expect it to arrive within 3 to 14 business days.
Q: When will I be charged each month for my book box?
A: The club auto-renews on the 28th each month. Be sure to log-in before that date if you wish to skip, pause, or cancel. This gives me time to order the items and pack and prepare the boxes for shipment on the 20th each month.
Q: What kind of books will I be sent?
A: You will be sent books from some of my favorite authors and I will have read every book beforehand to ensure it's a great read! Expect genres from an assortment of charming tales, meet cutes, historical fiction, memoirs, and general feel good and uplifting stories. There may be a mystery here and there but never anything scary. I will pick books to go along with the seasons and holidays, setting my club apart from the others. I find this makes a great read even cozier.
Q: What kind of candles will I be sent?
A: I have tested every candle brand prior to including in each box, with an emphasis on supporting small businesses. All candles are made in the U.S. with clean burning soy, or beeswax, cotton wicks, and lovely fragrances. The candle fragrances will be tied into the seasons and holidays. Most candles will be in glass containers, but if I find something really great and it's in tin or pottery then I will still include it.
