We Do Not Wholesale

We are a retailer and do not wholesale our products. It took us a long time to research and provide the wonderful products that we offer and therefore we do not give out our vendor information. We would appreciate it if you do not call or email with wholesale inquiries. This takes time away from the attention we need to give to our loyal customers.

Payment Information

Online Orders
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal through our secure, information-encrypted web site.

You may also choose to pay for your order with a Money Order. Money Orders must be received within 5 business days of order placement. If payment is not received by the 5th business day, your order will automatically be cancelled. We cannot hold product for customers that do not provide payment. Once we receive your Money Order, your order will ship the next business day. Please mail your money order to the address provided above.

Faxed Orders
If you should wish to pay by credit card, but do not wish to provide this information online, simply fax your order to 215-494-5520. Shop our website and place the items you want in your shopping cart. Fill in the Shipping Information fields (located below your shopping cart) and choose your desired shipping option. Next, fill out the Billing Information fields. Print and Fax to the number above. Be sure to provide your email address so that we can email your order confirmation.

Mailed Orders
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks, and Money Orders. Please note that your order will not ship until payment has been received. Please allow up to 5 business days for personal checks to clear the bank before your order ships. (You will be billed $25.00 for each bounced check.) Shop our website and place the items you want in your shopping cart. Fill in the Shipping Information fields (located below your shopping cart) and choose your desired shipping option. Next, fill out the Billing Information fields. Print and Mail to the address found at the top of this page. Be sure to provide your email address so that we can email your order confirmation. Before you mail your payment, it is best to send us an email with the items and quantity you are requesting so we can make sure we have the items in stock.

International Orders
Yes, we do ship internationally! Please see the list of countries in our shopping cart. If yours is not listed, email us and let us know you want to place an order and we'll add it. We ship USPS First Class International which is the cheapest method available at this time. Orders will arrive to the destination usually within 2 to 4 weeks but can get delayed in customs - all of which is out of our control. You are responsible for customs fees that you may incur beyond your original shipping charge. Customs fees are charged by the country you shipped to and not by us. Completing an order on our website means you have read our policies and agree to pay for your shipment in full, and wait for it to arrive. If you refuse to pay these fees and your package is returned to us, a returned package fee will be deducted from your refund.

Super-Fast Shipping

It is our pleasure to ship your order as fast as possible. Therefore, ALL in-stock orders placed before 5pm EST ship the Very Next Business Day! (Exceptions include Holidays or Special Order items - these products are marked as such on the web site.) We reserve the right to delay shipping during peak order times.

At this time we ship to all 50 United States and some international countries (see above). Within the U.S. we ship USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) for a flat-fee of just $5.95! We also offer USPS Priority Express (1-2 days). The shipping charges will be calculated for you when you checkout. We do not charge a handling fee.

Free Shipping!

That's right...we'll foot the bill for orders over $60 (before shipping charges & tax, if applicable, and AFTER promotions have been applied). We reserve the right to charge for shipping if your order subtotal is less than $60. This offer is only valid for Ground within the Continental United States. Offer not valid on previous purchases nor for the purchase of Gift Certificates. Returns and Exchanges are not valid for Free Shipping. If you return items and your original order total drops below the minimum $60 required for this offer, you will be charged for the original shipping fee or the fee will be deducted from your credit. Free Shipping offer is valid for all orders over $60 going to one address. Other offers are not valid with this promotion code. Orders $299 and over are considered "Bulk Orders" and do not qualify for this offer. We reserve the right to ship whatever method we deem best for all orders that ship for free.

Out of Stock Items

If a product in your order is out of stock or has been backordered, your entire order will be placed on hold and we will notify you via email. You will be given the option to reduce and ship, or wait for the product, or we may provide suggestions for a similar product.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will work with the shipping carrier in the event that a package does not arrive to the proper destination. This can take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks. We do not offer replacements for lost or stolen packages. If the package is returned to us we will refund you for the product returned.

We are not responsible for International orders that get lost in transit or held up in customs. If your order is returned to us by USPS we will credit you for the products returned. We have no way of tracking the package once it leaves the U.S.

Signature Required Option

For an extra $3.99 you can request "Signature Required" during checkout. This means your package will only be left at the address provided if someone at the residence/building signs for it. USPS will make 3 attempts to deliver a signature required package. With each attempt they will leave a pink Info Notice on your door. If a signature is not received within those 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. You will have to pay a second shipping fee if you wish to have your order shipped again. Please make sure you are available to sign for packages you paid for.

If you have special shipping instructions, please make sure to include them in the Comments Box during checkout (ex: Leave package on back porch). Or, consider having your package shipped to your work address if you are not home during the day. All of these things combined can help prevent stolen packages.

Damaged Product

If a product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that the proper claims can be taken with the shipping carrier. Email us at: and let us know which product was damaged and explain the damage in detail. We will then notify USPS. USPS may want to collect the damaged product so please do not throw it away. Keep the damaged product inside the original box with packing material for 5 business days. If it can be proven that the damage occured during shipping, we will either issue you a refund for the product or send out a replacement product.

Warm-Weather Shipments

You may live in a climate that is warm all year round, or one that is warm during the Spring/Summer months. We ask that you take advantage of the Tracking information we send to you so you are aware of when your package is expected to arrive. Tell your UPS driver to leave packages in the shade, in your garage, or screened in porch if you are unable to be home when it arrives. Or, have your neighbor help you keep your packages out of the heat. Many of our products do not fare well in the heat and can melt. We cannot be held responsible if this occurs, so please be aware of when a package is going to arrive and take the proper precautions.

Our best recommendation is to have your order shipped to your work address. Please make sure to include the name of your business at checkout.

30-Day Return Policy

Since we want you to be satisfied with everything that you order from, you will receive a full refund (minus shipping charges) for all UNOPENED, unused, resellable merchandise returned to us within 30 days of purchase that does not meet your satisfaction. We are sorry but due to the nature of our business we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened and used (for sanitary purposes). We cannot accept returns for candles that have been burned. All items in our Bargain Bin/Closeout Center are on clearance, and are not returnable. Gift Baskets/Wrapped Gift Sets are not returnable. All Holiday and Christmas items are not returnable (including holiday-related scents). We respect the fact that shopping in a physical store allows you the benefit of touching a product, smelling it and evaluating it. Online shopping does not offer this benefit, but offers the convenience of shopping from home, great prices, tax-free (if you are a non-PA resident), and products being delivered to your door. We expect our customers to read our policies before making an online purchase and abiding by them.

If you wish to return an unopened, unused, resellable item simply contact us via e-mail: and let us know the problem you have with the merchandise. Please return unwanted merchandise in its original packaging if possible, ensuring that product is protected from breakage, to the address found at the top of this page. IMPORTANT: Make sure the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Items must be received in resalable condition for a refund.

Your account will be credited upon return of the goods. Please allow 1 week for processing from the date that we receive the return. We do not pay for return shipping, nor do we pay for shipping for exchanged goods. Shipping is at the customer's expense. Thank you for your order and we hope you will make a return purchase that better meets your needs.

Our Products

We thoroughly test each and every one of our products to ensure that the scent is true, strong and long-lasting. We make sure that the products we carry are of high quality and craftmanship. Whenever possible we strive to find products that are all-natural, handmade and scented with essential oils. We know that you will delight in opening your package when it arrives and breathing in all the smells that make ordering from a fun and wonderful experience. Please be aware that some products come packaged in a way that makes it hard to smell their true aroma until they are completely unwrapped or in use. Unfortunately, used and opened products cannot be returned. We are asking that you do not make a quick judgment of scents based on smelling them through their packaging, as it is not a true critique of the product. We thank you for your business and product loyalty, and welcome your product suggestions.

Special Orders

All products marked as "Special Order" will be shipped in 10 to 15 business days to the shipping address you specify at checkout. Your entire order will be held to save you money on shipping costs. If you need some items sooner than 10 to 15 business days from order placement, we recommend that you place a separate order for those items. This is easy to do, simply click on the "Send to more than one address" link in our shopping cart.

If you can't find what you're looking for on our web site, please email us at and let us know! We encourage our customers to share their feedback on what they'd like us to carry. Please also let us know if there's a certain scent that you would prefer in a product that we carry. There is no fee for Special Orders but all Special Orders must be pre-paid. Special Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed. We look forward to hearing from you.

Closed for Business

We at are happy to have our web site available to place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, due to the fact that we use USPS for most of our shipments, we will be taking orders, but not shipping them, on the dates stated below, as USPS is closed on most of these days as well.
