You simply run your disposal to clean it out, then turn on the hot water, drop one Plink ball into your disposal and let it run for 15 seconds. Foul odors will instantly be replaced with a fresh citrus scent. You can revive the fragrance by running your disposal with bursts of hot water from time to time.
